OUR STUDY PROGRAMME

 

Our programme "My Own Tutor (MOT)" is designed for children age between 5-16 and covers from KS1 to KS4. We follow the UK National Curriculum and consistently updating the programme with the latest exams materials.



All students have their own personalised Study Programme. This is set in place after an initial assessment when the student starts with us. This gives a one-to-one tutoring experience for each student which provides complete support in English and Maths learning.

 

MOT's Adaptive Learning System uses a powerful combination of:

 

• Lessons: online lessons in individual topics which can be reviewed whenever it's convenient and as many times as is necessary or wanted. The lessons cover all of the important topics outlined in the National Curriculum in English and Maths

• Exercises: a managed programme of practice and revision exercises to build confidence and iron out any problem areas

• Assessments: regular diagnostic assessments are an essential part of the My Own Tutor programme to help identify any topics which might be needing extra attention

• Reports: we provide parents and carers with monthly reports to let you know how your children are getting on, informing you about their successes and notifying you of any areas which need help

• Network Teacher Helpline: our qualified teachers are available on demand six days a week. They are there to give one-to-one coaching and guidance on any school or homework issues in maths and English

• Assessments & Certificates: year end assessment is to test knowledge up to the end of the expected knowledge for thast school year. Whenever a student take part in assessment, we send out certificates once it is passed, our pass mark is 55% and we grade certificates from 3rd class to 1st class, which is above 90%

 

The adaptive learning system identifies when students are experiencing difficulty with a topic and makes sure that they get the help they need when they need it. Our professonal teachers are very experienced to provide what students need to know, what they are being taught and how they are being taught. In addition to all of this, we offer, at no extra cost, practice and revision exercises and exams in nearly all of the subjects covered in schools today. This makes MOT a truly one-stop shop for all of your children's learning support needs all the way to GCSE.
